Abstract
Propaganda in the Holy Quran has been considered in various ways. The content of the ad, its methods and tools, as well as the requirements of the amount of each in turn have a worthy place. This article intends to examine a number of verses related to religious propaganda in a descriptive, analytical and referring to some interpretations method and answer some questions: 1. What is the status and importance of propaganda? What tools can be used in advertising? 3. What are the advertising requirements and the amount? The mission of the religious preacher is to receive the complete and correct message and convey it to the recipient of the message with appropriate methods and tools. Although speech and writing are the best and most accessible tools, but the religious preacher, according to the content of the message, the diversity of the audience and the developments of the time, it is necessary to propagate a professional view and use various tools and methods. Possibility is self-creation, sincerity, God-fearing, being an agent and using various methods according to the time, place and circumstances of the audience.
