The purpose of decision making is to choose one way from several different ways, decision making and decision making is one of the important issues in the management and administration of community affairs that has a strategic role. Therefore, it is necessary to study this issue in the course of Alawite rule. Therefore, in their decisions, the rulers should observe religious principles such as theism, asceticism, meritocracy, consultation on the table of all matters and in the final decision, they should announce their decisions to the society with determination. And to avoid obstacles in decision-making that lead to disagreement or weakness in it, and to avoid stubbornness in decision-making that leads to a lack of progress in society. The method of this research is to study library studies as well as data exploration process and data analysis and description. Findings show that decision making is one of the main approaches of Imam Ali (AS) which has been expressed as an order to the elites of society and its stakeholders. The function of this theory is that religious missionaries, according to the position of decision-making and decision-making in recognizing society based on the approach of Imam Ali (AS) based on the multiple stages mentioned in the expression of that Imam and recognizing decision-making in their propaganda communities to be able to propagate the process with the best decisions.
