Abstract
One of the most crucial components in religion is religious propagation, which must be conducted appropriately in accordance with the requirements of time and place. With the emergence of new technologies, religious propagation has entered a new realm of methods and formats. Cyberspace and social networks, as social media of the modern era, have introduced religious propagation to a novel space that necessitates accurate future studies to properly envision its trajectory and recognize the essential principles for engagement in this newly formed environment. Accordingly, this study, utilizing a documentary (library-based) method, first defines the concepts of religious propagation, cyberspace, and social networks. It then explores the transformations that the future of religious propagation will undergo in the evolving context of cyberspace and social networks. Finally, it presents strategies for more effective engagement in this social media space, such as accepting the necessity of activity, developing religious propagation models, and considering generational differences between the present and previous generations within cyberspace.
